Dear Mark,
"cat dof" works fine. also, just giving a number to ttologp works fine.
i have a second question:
after i making the FDR maps as described at
(http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/randomise/fdr.html) i tried to overlay
them on the bg_image using the "overlay" command, but it is not clear to
me how to set the s1_min and s1_max options of the "overlay" command. i
assume s1_max should be 1, since the maximum intensity of the FDR output
map is 1. how should i decide where to set s1_min? if i have multiple
contrasts and have to correct for them, would this be the place to set
the corrected threshold for them?
thanks a lot,
paymon
