Hi folks -
Ever since installing the newest version of fslview, I've found that it is
extremely slow to update the screen when I turn on or turn off (particularly
turn on) viewing of a layer, e.g. when I have two scans loaded and want to
switch between them to check registration.
Any suggestions for why this might be happening? These error messages pop up
in the terminal when I start fslview:
/usr/local/lab_tools/fsl/lib/fslview/bin/fslview: /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1:
no version information available (required by
/usr/local/lab_tools/fsl/lib/fslview/lib/libvtkRendering.so.5.0)
/usr/local/lab_tools/fsl/lib/fslview/bin/fslview: /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1:
no version information available (required by
/usr/local/lab_tools/fsl/lib/fslview/lib/libvtkftgl.so.5.0)
These don't seem like "critical" errors but perhaps they are relevant.
thanks,
Ed
