Enforcement and Prosecution of Criminal-based, large-scale Fly-tipping"
Venue: Waverley Lecture Theatre, Waverley
Building, Nottingham Trent University, Waverley Street, Nottingham.

Parking may be available on the University’s Gill
St car park after 1800. Alternatively park on
the street or use the Forest Park and Ride and alight at the NTU tram stop.

Abstract :
Mike will speak about the current problem of
organised and criminal based fly tipping of
mainly construction and demolition waste that is
prevalent around major conurbations. Mike
provides Expert Witness evidence in the criminal
courts backing up Agency prosecutions.
