I did not do it for windows but my programs of which the main program is
Fortran90 are using wxWidgets on linux and OpenVMS.
Note that wxWidgets uses C++ classes which have no F90 equivalent. So you
have to write a F90-callable (same as C-callable except for extra _'s for
some F90 compilers) C++-wrapper around the calls to the wxWidgets
functions.
