Hi Arthur,
you can find these tutorials on your own 7.1 Blackboard installation,
although they might be disabled.
From the system admin panel, under Modules look for the Quick
tutorials - New product enhancements for the Academic suite.
Make the tutorials available and turn them on on your My institution
page (in general on the tab or for you personal on My content.)
Now open the tutorial you want and make it full screen. Just right
click outside the viewlet and select Properties. Now you'll see the full URL.
