Dear all
Apologies for cross-posting. I have already sent the request below to an SPSS user-group but as yet have received no reply.
I am currently performing some intra-class correlation coefficient calculations using SPSS under the assumption of a two-way mixed effects model. I would like, however, to refine the analysis to include a second fixed factor in order that I can compare results across the levels of this factor, thus leading to a three-way design. I am not interested in interactive effects.
Presently, however, I am relying on the pull-down menu approach and the options available do not cover the revised design I am interested in considering.
I have considered doing a separate analysis for each value of the new fixed factor but perhaps it is possible to be a little more sophisticated than this.
I would welcome any relevant suggestions, particularly relating to the capabilities of SPSS and the theory associated with the revised design.
Many thanks in advance for your interest.
Regards
Margaret
