I'm currently perusing the book "E-metrics for library and information
professionals" by Andrew White and Eric Djiva Kamal (Fact publishing, 2006,
1856045552).
I'm inspired to ask what statistical measures others are keeping. I know
(vaguely) about Project COUNTER, but we are only in the second year of
providing e-journals here and we haven't yet settled on any kind of
statistical record keeping protocol that can be applied across the board.
I'm not even sure such a thing exists ...
I would be grateful for feedback from others who deal with collection
development and management who are currently using measures of usage of
e-resources such as journals and databases.
