Apologies for cross posting.
Can anyone let me know if there is an official (or 'unofficial') industry
nil-usage accepted percentage for online journal packages (publisher or
aggregated)? In relation to this, is there a standard to describe
low/medium/high usage i.e. number of articles downloaded per annum? I'm
considering using some sort of weighting applied against individual title
cost and then total package cost to provide some sort of worth rating.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
