WET DAY CENTRES IN BRITAIN PART 2
Maureen Crane and Tony Warnes of the University of Sheffield tackle the difficult reality
of managing and working in Britain's wet day centres for drinkers who cannot or will not
use services which require them to stop drinking. This truly is one of the most
challenging of settings for substance misuse work but also one which offers a lifeline to
the most vulnerable dependent drinkers and drugtakers.
