Description: This site provides access to the full text of a pamphlet by Faleh Jabar which was published in 2005 by Minority Rights Group International. It critically analyses the democratic reconstruction of Iraq following the fall of Saddam Hussein. In particular it focuses upon the drafting of the new constitution, the constitutional process and its effect upon the rights of minority religious and ethnic groups.
