Dear All
You may get your own reminders about this but as I am not sure please
read on and if possible try out the RC report for last week.
Many thanks,

Dear All,
This email is to remind you that your ROC and RC report have been
generated for the period of 25-11-2005 to 01-12-2005.
As announced in the Weekly Operations Meetings (GDA), the RC report is
online on the CIC portal.
The main idea is to help the ROC managers to fill their ROC reports
through the site administrators.
Indeed, each person recognized as a \'RC manager\' will be able to fill
a report on his sites.
These reports are similar to the ROC reports but are only dedicated to a
site.
All changes made on a RC report will be notified on the concerned ROC
report.
Nevertheless, it will be writable only for the period of Friday 07:00
A.M to Monday 09:00 A.M..
This constraint is in order to synchronize the actions between the ROC
managers and the RC managers.
Therefore, from Monday 9:00 AM, The ROC managers will be able to fill
their ROC reports with the site administrator comments
So, if you look at the CIC portal :
https://cic.in2p3.fr/index.php?id=roc&roc_page=1
you will see that your reports have been generated for the period of
17th November to 24th november as the RC reports.
Concerning the RC reports, you could find them in the section \'RC
Staff\' under the \'Pre-report\' column.
https://cic.in2p3.fr/index.php?id=rc&subid=rc_report&js_status=2
To edit a RC report there are 4 steps:
1- to choose the region which the RC belongs to
2- If the user is recognized as a RC manager : he will see all RC
reports for which he is responsible and will be able to edit or display
them.
otherwise he will have to registered as RC manager throught a RC
or ROC manager in the GOC database.
3- When the user edits a report, he has 30 minutes to edit and
validate the report (Some alerts will be displayed to prevent the user
from exceeding this time).
This constraint is in order to manage the concurrent access
between the RC managers .
4- To finish, the user will have to confirm these modifications to
commit the data.
Please, contact your sites and inform them of this new procedure.
NB: If you have any question let me know.
Best regards,
AIDEL Osman
