Dear Zhong
I have just been sent (the day before yesterday) some resources for
primary schools published by Beijing Language and Culture University -
Chinese Paradise (Hanyu Leyuan). They consist of 2 student books with
cd, cd-rom and flashcards of words and expressions, 2 workbooks and
teachers' books in English and Chinese. There is also a package (which I
don't have) of teaching aids and wall pictures.
I take your point about having a primary section on the Chinese Network;
it's a good idea. I will try to review the above books over the
Christmas break and put up a report on the Network about them.
In the meantime, hope this is useful.
Best wishes
Katharine Carruthers
Chinese Network Coordinator.
