Dear all,
I have always been keen to teach Mandarin in the UK.
My case is quite similar to that of Hao Jiang. There
are a few things that I am not sure of. First, is it
possible to teach without a postgraduate certificate
in education? I passed my Chinese Language paper in
the SPM exam in Malaysia (equivalent to O-Level) with
credit and have a basic degree. I was wondering if
this is sufficient for me to become a Mandarin teacher
here. Could anyone please advise?
Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
Hooi Luang Tan
