Hi Santanu,
Port 2811 is active. Could you check:
service globus-gridftp status
If globus-gridftp is running, you should stop it and start dpm-gsiftp
instead. If this the case, I suspect that you didn't 'chkconfig
globus-gridftp off' when you converted from your classic SE to dpm and
that you rebooted your SE?
