Dear Gabby,
It was impossible to me to submit a paper for CLiP
2006, because I came home to Romania, my personal
computer died, at the University in Cluj I didn't have
a computer to work on, so... It was bad luck, but I
cannot do anything now. I feel so bad and I am so
sorry, but...
