Dear Wayne,
The upgrade menu gives error saying that the version should be a
1.0.7 and my version is 1.0.8!
By the way, people having trouble with installation on OS X can try
the latest fink package!
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?
func=detail&aid=1347979&group_id=17203&atid=414256
The info file (downloadable from bottom of this long page) should be
put in your <fink directory, usually /sw>/fink/10.x-x/local/main/
finkinfo/sci>. You may need to create the folders yourself. It will
soon be added to the main distribution of fink.
It has three variants that you can install and test and use - tk,
opengl and mesa.
Many thanks.
Best,
Murali.
