Hiii
I am trying to make distance constraints based on my N15 H noesy. I have
manually assigned the sequentials. If i use the shift match distance
constraints function it matches everything based on the chemical shift
threshold that i mention. However i want to make constraints first for the
manually assigned ones and then use the automatic shift match. when i use
the make dist constraints function it generates only one constraint and the
following message is in the command window
