Once again, let me recommend Beyer's _Cult of Tara_ for a
good discussion of Tibetan Theurgy and the broad extent of
its Magical applications - everything from healing people
to murdering people <for their own good, of course - they
are sent along to More Fortunate incarnations>.
The third chapter discusses Deity Yoga and is titled
'Acquisition: Initiation and Ritual Service'.
The second chapter covers a broad range of magical actions
and is titled 'Application: Protection and Attack'.
The first chapter discusses worship among the lay and
monastic communities and is titled 'Worship: Offerings,
Praises, and Prayer'.
