I can tell you it's appallingly bad Latin, and I doubt
the Vatican would ever let it get past!
'Agnus Mundi' is OK, meaning 'Lamb of the World', with
'lamb' (masculine) in the nominative case. But
'Regnus' is a non-word; it's closest to 'regnum'
(neuter) meaning 'kingdom' -- as in 'adveniat regnumm
tuum' = 'thy kingdon come' in the Lord's prayer.
However, if the intention was to try to make a Latin
phrase for 'kingdom of the lamb of the world', then
'lamb' would have to be in the genitive, i.e. 'regnum
agni mundi'.
Pidgin Latin infuriates me, and it's so unecessary and
lazy, when any Catholic priest could give one the
right phrasing.
