Hello Rachael
Without knowing bits dimensions it's difficult to be sure, but it looks like
a sweetmaking machine. We've got a similar machine with interchangeable
rollers to make different kinds of boiled sweets, lozenges etc.

Can anyone help identify to this object?
I've attached two images of an object that has been brought into the Museum
as an enquiry.
It has a sturdy wooden base which was once screwed down onto a work
surface. Despite being sturdy, it is also quite decorative.
The large handle on the side turns two cogs that move the grooved rollers.
All ideas appreciated!
