"I have an old ( not good quality) video from 1972, showing
the "early years" of Phoenix in London. It was a T.V documentry, I have no
idea how to get it digitalised, but perhaps you do?"
Yes, but --- Who made the documentary? BBC?
The Archive and Study Centre recently took in a documentary about Phoenix on
video which had belonged to Harold Bridger; and we have some other material
as well - video, CD (an Australian radio broadcast about a Dutch therapeutic
community), DVD. The more that gathers together, the more useful it becomes,
not least because the gaps become more evident.
"We could check around and see who has published proeeedings from various
conferences, if that will help?"
Yes, very much so. Excellent stuff. Also, any old newsletters that
communities might have put together over the years.
"you have some space on the conference to make a presentaation about the
idea?"
That's a fun idea. Maybe by then it would be reporting on a
project-in-progress. Time isn't on our side.
Best,
Craig
