> Description: UNPO The Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO) is a democratic, international membership organization. This section of its web site provides free access to a collection of press releases, statesments and full text papers and reports relating to Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. > International Mission For Iraqi Elections
> Description: The International Mission For Iraqi Elections (IMIE) is led by a steering committee composed of members of independent election commissions and electoral experts from around the world. The secretariat is based in Canda. It is focusing on issues relating to the establishment of a democratic political and election process in Iraq in the wake of the Gulf war and fall of Saddam Hussein. The site provides access to information on the aims of the body, its membership and activities. > Description: an Index to free full text books edited by John Mark Ockerbloom and hosted by the University of Pennsylvania Library. Each book listed has author and title details, the name of the Web site which holds the book and the format in which the book is made available. Most of the books are presented in HTML with a few made available as PDF documents. The site provides a page of links to software downloads for other formats. Books can be searched for by author, title and subject. This section provides links to books relating to all aspects of politics, political science, political theory and international relations.
