With apologies for cross-posting.
I have received a request for information regarding a modern (in last
10 - 15 years) pictorial county map series. Each map in the series
is titled A Cartographic History of (county name) described by John
King. Each sheet is illustrated with images of historical events,
places etc. Maps of the counties bordering the south coast of England
are known to exist.
I would be grateful to hear from anyone who knows anything about
these maps or the name John King.
