And I do not need the reserch to tell me what it is like, I know. I am in
the middle of deciding what to do about it at the moment, because my most
substantial complaint right now is that my local office seems to have no
concept of "person centred planning"
They are arrogant, they know best, and one feels that one only exists to
give them an excuse not to be the other side of the counter.
They certainly seem to be incapable of realising that the disabled person
whom they are supposed to serve might be the one who knows best about there
own condition.
However the philosophy of deserving and undeserving poor, benefit
scroungers, and I suppose total desperation with the system drives its
workers to be as cynical as its users.
If anyone wants to quote me on that feel welcome.
