I agree that the problem is with the viewing, and probably because the
peak in question is at the edge of the region.
Wayne is currently looking into the edge situation. The visible contours
tend to extend to the limits of the data block, which can be outside of
the set limits of the min/max ppm values and hence the peak annotations.
For an immediate fix, maybe try extending the min aliased ppm for the
spectrum dimension (Edit Spectra::[Referencing]) and hopefully the peak
cross and annotation will appear.
