OK, I've added datCopy() to JNIHDS and updated most of the shareable
libraries (except Windows, I'm still working on that), someone should
probably test OS X (simplest to run up Treeview and inspect some HDS
files, unless you can run "ant test" in the JNIHDS directory)...
I've also added hdsTune and hdsGtune, which makes it possible to now
switch on 64 bit files programmatically using:
HDSObject.hdsTune( "64BIT", 1 );
so we have now switched to HDS version 5 in JNIHDS too.

during all this I noticed that hdsGtune wasn't aware of the new 64BIT
variable, fixed that and committed the change.
