Dear colleagues,
Have you done any research on the differences between KS3 and KS4/5 in a museum setting. I am not interested in the differences in the curriculum but the way they visit.
How do KS3 needs differ from KS4/5?
In what way do their attention levels differ?
Are there different types of interpretation methods that each KS is likely to enjoy?
Are the KS3 and the KS4/5 teachers' needs different?
Do they need different pre/post visit support?
Why do KS3 teachers come from an inspirational experience (see science as a career) or for curriculum links?
Could you let me know if anything has been written on the subject or what are you thoughts are.
Thank you
Gina
