The exact mechanics for getting this list of files (for a VO) is
implementation dependent... (i.e., will be different for classic SEs,
DPMs, and dCaches). In fact, it is something we should document; I'll
make a note of that (and get back to you when we've done it :-)

I wasn't sure where this list would come from: if we're not publishing
into some LCG-known catalogue, and you wanted to read this catalogue to
get a list of files on your SE, then we'd be in trouble. But I guess
you mean something along the lines of ls -lR | grep cms (or maybe
something more sophisticated :))
