Hi Matt,
have you set RESET_DCACHE_CONFIGURATION=yes ?
It is a new variable to avoid reconfiguration of dcache possibly during
upgrades of other bits. The default is no. And if you are using an old
site-info.def it is not there so it picks up the default.
