Another good point. But even in February, there are December graduates who
start on the Tuesday, so it's been decided to change all the PRHOs on the
Tuesday. And as for the four-month posts, many are still on three-month
slots at least for F1 year, and will continue to do so indefinitely. The
four-month rotations will apply mostly to the F2 year.
