OCRA models itself after the NIOSH Lifting Equation, but for analyzing hand
intensive tasks rather than lifting tasks. I haven't yet used OCRA to
analyze a job, but you can download free software to help with the process
here:
http://www.ergonomics.ie/mirth.html.
I would recommend reading the Ergonomics paper first to understand the
underlying factors.
