Michael,
I know what you were alluding to. I just needed you to say it as it was almost too
ridiculous to repeat.
If you honestly think that academia is inclusivive,
either you've lived in the environment too long; or you;ve never been outside an
academic environment to know what inclusiveness should entail. Academia is a
sanctuary for the spoiled, the pampered, and the "bright and intelligent" - or at least,
those so defined. To suggest otherwise is to be completely clouded by your
profession(?).
