We tend to use HSC 1999/053 retention schedule, and are now looking at
the Consultation document the DOH has out "Records Management: NHS Code
of Practice" which has an even more detailed retention schedule.

It doesn't cover every eventuality, but gets you about 3/4 of the way
there.
