Secondment opportunity - are you our new Records Management Adviser?
For up to 2 years

We are offering an excellent secondment opportunity for a dynamic, well
motivated individual to manage the RDA’s records management programme and
gain experience in the information compliance field working for a major
player in the strategic economic development of the South West.
Are you
- Innovative, good at solving problems and challenging outdated practices?
- Able to express complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in
writing?
- Confident in working collaboratively across all levels internally and
externally?
- Capable of working under pressure to manage conflicting priorities in
order to deliver and meet deadlines?
- Analytical and strategic: able to drive the successful implementation of
new processes and systems?
- Looking for an opportunity to develop your experience of working with the
Freedom of Information Act?
- Interested in enhancing your career through experience with a strategic
regional organisation?
Do you have
- Minimum of three years previous experience in records management in a
public or private sector organisation?
- Demonstrable understanding of the principles of records management and
right of access regimes for information?
- Experience of managing projects or working within a project management
environment and experience of analysing records management requirements?

The salary will be £26,962 per annum (subject to relevant qualifications
