Hi all,
what is presently an accepted method for sponge maceration, i.e. dissolving
the tissue, but leaving organic and inorganic skeleton intact? I've got an
old method paper, in which chinosol is used, but I am not sure whether I
can get that here (the chinosol). I'd like a cheap, quick and hopefully
environmentally clean method for tissue cubes of about 1 cm3.
Cheers, Christine
