It's not an AstroGrid application yet! And neither is Aladin of course.

At the AG workshop I went to they were discussing (pretty much next
in their to-do list) writing an application themselves - to be
named AstroScope, it seems to be pretty much along the lines of
what we had in mind for VOGON. This is somewhat annoying, since
I can't really go ahead with a direct competitor to what they're doing
(though I'm not in any sense an AG employee, for one reason and
another I can't afford to - and don't want to - antagonise them)
and I did still have some hope of getting round to VOGON one of
these days.
