Building Partnerships with the Voluntary Sector 3
13th & 14th October 2005
www.buildingpartnerships.org.uk
Venue: Quaker Meeting House, Edinburgh
Two days of talks, workshops and discussions bringing together LGBT
psychologists with workers from the LGBT and HIV prevention voluntary
sectors.
LGBT Voluntary agencies are at the forefront of building a better, safer,
more equitable world for LGBT People. LGBT Psychologists can support this
by using their skills, research and expertise to support the sector.
This FREE event is funded and organised by the British Psychological Society
(BPS) and Healthy Gay Scotland. Together, they seek to develop the process
of building relationships and working together which began at the first two
events.
The aim of the event is to bring together people who produce knowledge and
provide care in a variety of sectors, to learn about the contributions,
concerns, and needs of each, and to strategize about possible partnerships
in the future.
Registration is free, easy and ONLINE (www.buildingpartnerships.org.uk).
Bursaries for travel expenses are available. If you do not have Internet
access, please call us on the phone number below.
