I've added a few bits to the "small site" definition to help clarify:
- Note that this [10TB 'limit'] is probably a measure that should be applied
to your available storage now - in the LHC era even T2s will offer many 10s
or 100s of TB. DPM has no intrinsic limit to the amount of disk it can manage
(though each filesystem chunk must be less than 2TB).
- No grid enabled tape storage.
