Hiroshima Day, 6th August
It is the 60th anniversary of the dropping of the bombs on Hiroshima and
Nagasaki (th August 1945).
The dropping of atom bombs on these two cities was the greatest act of
'horror' of the 20th century on millions of innocent victims, including
children.
Can the UN Disability Convention and the UK and Global Disability movement
take some time out of their busy life's tommorrow to give a thought for all
the 'victims' and 'survivors' who many are still live today living with
their nightmares of this 'horror'.
You might want to orgainise a peaceful vigil at the UN Disability
Convention, or attend an event near you.
'NEVER-AGAIN, I HOPE'
PEACE!!
Yours
Colin R
