Thanks for this - only scanned quickly - it includes the usual
mantra that it doesn't matter who provides the service. This
together with the Nigel Crisp letter last week points clearly in
the direction of increasing and accelerating privatisation of
the NHS. Emphasis on CBT and clinical psychology - which I
suppose is consistent witth the asocial approach that you
note.
