Hello,
This could be a bug (hopefully not!) or it could be that the unchosen
peaks had their maximum in a plane that was not being viewed. The two
ways to get around the latter problem are (1) make more planes viewable or
scroll to get the maximum viewable; (2) in the Crosspeaks --> Peak Find
Parameters module under "Other parameters" there is an "Extra thickness in
orthogonal dims", whose default is 0 but you can set as desired.
