Not generally but you do tend to be on the bleeding edge, often
installing in scenarios we just don't have the kit to replicate in
testing, so we feel that buffering your requests is not as useful as for
less experienced system administrators. Officially we are meant to
buffer all queries.

Yes in terms of practicality for you, but not for our work, which is to
prevent rubbish getting through and filtering out duplicates, and
documenting all work arounds.

Seriously is this not what you do already? I should like to state that
our Savannah is a good place to place the bugs / issues after asking the
question to the mailing list and not getting a prompt answer.
