Hi,
At the moment I am completing a report on ‘Discrimination Against Disabled
People and Access to the Built Environment’. To finish, however, I would be
grateful if anyone could tell me if the Disability Rights Commission responds
(by initiating a review at least) to every complaint received or does it wait
until a specific number of complaints have been received about one particular
building or business? Moreover, is there legal aid available for disabled
people to take out an individual court case regardless of whether they win or
lose?
Many thanks,
Simon
