emailAddress is correct.
OpenSSL, as of version 0.9.7 (long time ago), uses emailAdress
instead of Email when it *displays* the DN, so GT, being built
on top of OpenSSL, does the same.
We shouldn't really have the email address in the DN at all, but
that's another story.
