SR Research Ltd., makers of the EyeLink eye tracking systems, is currently
looking for a candidate to fill the full-time position of EYELINK TECHNICAL
SUPPORT AND TRAINING.
SR Research Ltd. develops eye tracking hardware and software for use by
research groups in university and commercial settings. As the popularity of
our product line continues to grow, we are in immediate need of an addition
to our technical support and installation team. The position will be based
at our office just outside of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The position includes
the following responsibilities:
-Work with our existing support team to provide email and phone support for
users of the EyeLink eye tracking system and the SR Research Experiment
Builder
-Work with customers to implement experiments using the SR Research
Experiment Builder and other programming interfaces
-Conduct onsite installation and training of the EyeLink system in North
America
-Perform system testing of EyeLink hardware and software
-Develop new training materials and documentation for SR Research products
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
-A degree in cognitive psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, or
related disciplines
-Research experience in cognitive psychology or psychophysics, and skill in
experimental design
-Extensive experience using the EyeLink eye tracking system
-Experience using EyeLink programming interfaces, including C and Python
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience in writing technical documentation
The position offers excellent working conditions in the Ottawa, Ontario
