As Chris Jones correctly states, Llangelynin or Celynin is close to Dolgellau. The church is dedicated to St Celynin, and the churchyard contains a very old well, which may or may not be why it is included in the mine database.
It can be found at o/s ref sh7511773696.
Hope that helps

With regard to the iron mine I couldn't find anything at the time.
However, I've just come across some references in the Gwynedd Archives
that might provide some information. They are:
XD28/2124 1910 Jan. 13 LETTER: Evan Reese, Mount Pleasant, Machynlleth
to F.E. Andrews, esq., Cardiff, re possibility of erecting aerial rope
tramway over Andrews’ estate to railway line at Abermaw Junction for
transportation of iron ore from a mine nearby. Prepared to pay rent for
right of way if Andrews’ will give his permission, or suggests sale of
land necessary with option of 5 or 6 months on purchase. Possibility of
company taking up purchase of land.
XD28/2396 1913 Dec. 29 LETTER: J. Higgon for S. Andrews and Son at
Arthog to Head Office enclosing note from Mr. Reay secretary of
Panteinion Quarry Co.. His letter and plan of 8 inst. will explain
references. No sign of life at iron mine.
Both of these seem to refer to an iron mine somewhere around Arthog.
Having seen the name Panteinion above, I now find that Wilkinson
records:
PANTEINION MINE IRON LLANGELYNIN MERIONETH

Hope this of interest.
