Nigel,

I think we need to have both, like a kind of puzzle,
integration and disintergation of components on a
system according to users' needs. there different
needs for more closed courses and different needs for
more open courses, differentnmethods of assessment and
fedback. As such, as a tutor/learner, I want to have
freedom of choice, not getting the packages other
people suggest as the perfect solution to a problem I
dont not have at the moment.
but if a problem arises tools for alternative
solutions need to be there to be integrated to the
course.
