Hi David et al,
Sorry I thought you were just after the binary rpms to do an installation.
/afs/cern.ch/project/gd/RpmDir_i386-sl3
Please feel free to ask the developers about the status of the source. I
think they were a bit protective until it is really working well, but as
David says they are very helpful and keen for people to use it. So it is
time for them to start thinking about this.
Since everyone is following this wonderful Open Source discussion so
well...
Please also check your site below and help try to make the total UK
storage numbers better:
http://www.ph.ed.ac.uk/~jfergus7/gridppDiscStatus.html
We are going to be monitoring the changes too (monthly snapshots are at
bottom, plus plots soon). Bonus points for sites that perform well :)
The UK as a whole is a factor of 10 from where it should be and factor
of 100 from 2007 goal. At the gridpp meeting we will go through briefly
how to install an srm.

Top three storage performers are (at this instant):
1) Royal Holloway at 3TB
2) Cambridge ~2 TB
3) Lancaster ~2 TB
Any contenders? The race is on :)
