All,
I have added some tweaks to the RPMS so that you can:
1. Install them as a normal user as long as you own the %starprefix
directory.
2. Rebuilding the src RPMs to relocate now works!
3. Install them as root using the system RPM database, but have RPM set
the ownership of the installed files to %staradmin user and %stargroup.
You set %staradmin user and %stargroup in the .rpmmacros file.
4. Rebuild/relocate the src RPMS as root and install as another
user/group.
These updated RPMs will be the output from the nightly build tonight. I
will setup a yum repository for them and ask the site sysadmins to test
them.
The Mac native pkg files should be build in the current running nightly
build, I will make them available for testing if it works. If these work
then that means that the EPM list files work and so I should be able to
build native packages for the other systems too, including Debian
packages.
Steve.
