I've just put TimeFrame into CVS on the AST main trunk. I've changed
the AST version number to 3.7. Some of the features are:
- Describes absolute or relative time values using JD, MJD, Julian epoch
or Besselian Epoch. Most of these systems can be described either in the
usual days (JD, MJD) and years (J epoch), or in any related time unit
(e.g. seconds).
- Supported time scales: TAI, UTC, UT1, GMST, LAST, TT, TDB, TCB, TCG
- Time values can be formatted as Gregorian dates and time of day, or as
simple floating point values. Unformatting of
